Your paddling adventure begins inside the Oleta River State Park, nestled on the northernmost portion of Biscayne Bay. Your Guide will provide insight into local history while pointing out the multitude of animals that reside inside the park's borders. Expect to take a break in the middle of the Tour. We may visit destinations like Sandspur Island and Oleta's own Beach Cove! Tour varies depending on season and tides. Pet friendly, cooler friendly, child friendly!

    Intro to Paddleboards

Top recommended class for first-timers! Want to learn how to Paddle Board? You don't even start off standing! We begin with a 10-minute on-land lesson, including the anatomy of the Board, how to stand, and how to paddle. Learn how to properly mount and launch your Board, followed by slowly coming to the upright standing position. Come experience the high quality of attention and professional instruction that we provide. We emphasize safety, fun, and learning while enjoying SUP paddle boarding.
  • Two people are doing yoga on a surfboard.

    Paddleboard Yoga

Come enjoy the beautiful combination of nature, relaxation, and exercise. This 90-minute paddleboard yoga session includes an introduction to paddle boarding, a short paddle journey out on the water, and an hour of guided yoga on the boards. The flat calm waters are perfect for connecting mind and body. Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature as we move through yoga poses, breathwork, and meditation. This class suits all levels, including beginners new to yoga and paddle boarding. All you need is a yearning for adventure and fun out on the water!
We look forward to practicing with you on the beautiful Biscayne Bay.

    Full Moon Kayak Tour

Venture together for our Monthly Full Moon Kayak Tour at Oleta River State Park under the light of the full moon. Follow our Tour Guides through a peaceful mangrove trail into the calm waters of the Intracoastal waterway and across to this Florida park's hidden treasure, Sandspur Island. Once we arrive at the beach cove, we'll be greeted with S'mores & refreshments around the campfire. Then we'll paddle back to the Outdoor Center to close our day.
  • Two people in a canoe on the water at sunset.

    Sunset Tour

Choose from a kayak or paddle board for our Friday evening Sunset Tours at Oleta River State Park.
